For Junior Manager (Civil) – 31 Posts.
Qualifications: Graduation Degree in Civil Engineering from the recognized institute with not less than 60 % marks in aggregate.

For Junior Manager ( Operations & BD ) 77 Posts.
Qualification: Two (2) years MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/PGDM in Customer Relation/Marketing/Finance from a recognized institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.

For Junior Manager (Mechanical) – 03 Posts.
Qualification: – Graduation Degree in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering /Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering/ Automobile Engineering /Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.

For Executive (Civil) – 73 Posts.

Qualification: –Matriculation with not less than 60% marks in aggregate plus minimum 02 (two) year duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI approved by SCVT/ NCVT in the trade of Electronics/ Communication/ Information Technology/ TV & Radio/ Electronic Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Digital Electronics/ Power Electronics/ Computer/ Computer Networking/ Data Networking from a recognized institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.

For Junior Executive (Operations & BD) – 225 Posts.
Qualification: – Matriculation with not less than 60% marks in aggregate plus minimum 02 (two) year duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI approved by SCVT/ NCVT in any trade from a recognized institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. OR Graduate in any discipline.

For Junior Executive (Mechanical) – 14 Posts.
Qualification: – Matriculation with not less than 60% marks in aggregate plus minimum 02 (two) year duration Course Completed Act Apprenticeship / NCVT in the trade of Fitter/ ITI approved by SCVT/ Electrician//Electronics and Instrumentation/Motor Mechanic from a recognized institute with not less than 60% mark’s in aggregate.

  • Manager: 18 to 27 years
  • Executive: 18 to 30 years
  • Executive: 18 to 30 years

Age Relaxation: – 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC-NCL & 10 years for PWD category candidates.

Salary Structure DFCCIL Recruitment 2021: –

  • Junior Manager: 50000/- to 1,60,000/- Per Month
  • Executive: 30,000/- to 1,20,000/- Per Month
  • Junior Executive: 25,000/- to 68,000/- Per Month
